What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished flat available for short- to medium-term stays, with bills, Wi-Fi and regular cleaning included. It combines the space and facilities of a home with some of the convenience and service of a hotel.

What's included in the rate?

Our rates typically include:

  • Rent for the apartment
  • Electricity, heating and water
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Council tax and TV licence
  • Standard end-of-stay clean, and for longer bookings, regular housekeeping.

Any additional charges (for example, extra cleaning or optional services) will always be discussed and agreed in advance.

What amenities do your apartments have?

All R2Z Stays apartments come with:

  • Fully equipped kitchen (appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils)
  • Living area with sofa and Smart TV
  • Dining table or breakfast bar
  • Bedroom(s) with quality bedding and storage
  • Bathroom with towels and basic toiletries
  • Washing machine and ironing facilities
  • Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi.

Details may vary slightly by property; we'll confirm specifics when you book.

Are your apartments close to transport and amenities?

Yes. We choose locations with good access to:

  • Local train or bus links
  • Main roads for driving to work sites
  • Supermarkets, pharmacies and other everyday services.

Each property has a welcome guide with nearby essentials and recommendations.

Is parking available?

Most of our properties include on-site or nearby parking. Where on-site parking isn't available, we'll advise on the best alternatives (e.g. nearby public car parks or suitable street parking). If you have an oversized vehicle or van, let us know so we can recommend a suitable property.

Do you accept pets?

Pet stays may be possible on a case-by-case basis in selected properties and must always be agreed in advance. Where we do accept pets, an additional cleaning fee and simple house rules are likely to apply.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. We use secure self check-in at most properties, so you can arrive at a time that suits you after check-in opens. Instructions are sent before arrival.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Where our booking schedule allows, we try to be flexible. Please ask in advance and we will confirm what is possible. In some cases a small additional charge may apply to cover extra time and cleaning schedules.

Do you take a damage deposit?

Our approach to deposits and guest verification depends on the property and length of stay. In many cases we use a simple, secure pre-authorisation and clear terms and conditions instead of a traditional large deposit. Where a deposit is required, it will be clearly explained before you confirm your booking.
